LISLE, Ill., September 16, 2026--SunCoke Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SXC) today announced that Mr. Wendell L. Carter has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately. Carter will be a member of the Compensation Committee and the Governance Committee of the board, and will serve in the class of directors standing for election at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in May 2027.
