Highway Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: HIHO, the "Company" or "Highway Holdings") today announced that on September 15, 2026, it received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") confirming the Company has been granted a second 180 calendar day period to regain compliance under Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement through March 15, 2027.
